Planning registers

Mount Alexander Shire Planning Registers provide a history of development activity requiring planning approval throughout the Shire.

The registers include: the planning application number, the property where development is proposed, details of the proposal and the date the planning permit was issued.

Planning Permit applications from June 2010 onwards are now recorded on the Greenlight Planning Register which is updated daily. Details of planning permit applications before this date can be viewed via the links below.

If you would like to inspect a current planning permit application, or a hard (paper) copy of the Planning Register, please visit the development counter on the first floor at the Civic Centre in Castlemaine which is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8.30am to 5pm.

To help staff locate the information you need, please bring any details of the application with you.
