Council Plan 2021-2025

We are excited to present the Council Plan for 2021-2025 which will guide what we do and how we do it over the next four-year period. The Plan is underpinned by how we achieve our shire’s vision:

Working together for a healthy, connected shire.

From March to June 2021 Council conducted the most extensive community engagement undertaken in the shire - Your Community, Your Vision.

We asked the community to lend feedback and share thoughts on their 10-year vision and aspirations for the shire. It was a great success with nearly 1,000 contributions, and dozens of community and stakeholder meetings.

The Community Vision and Council Plan 2021-2025 are designed to complement each other, and work together to set the strategic direction and priorities of Mount Alexander Shire Council in the coming years.
