Artly Therapy is a therapeutic arts practice based in Castlemaine on Dja Dja Wurrung Country.

We are a registered NDIS provider and work with individuals, schools and workplaces to support positive mental health through neuro-associative art therapies and well-being programs.

We have a particular interest in supporting sensory integration in neuro-diverse clients on the autism spectrum and with ADHD.

All our programs are evidence-based.

Our methodology strengthens and rebuilds neural-pathways damaged during trauma or stress, resulting in increased sense of calm, enhanced emotional self-management capacity and elevated 'feel good' hormones oxytocin and dopamine, leaving participants feeling restored, rested and ready for life.

Our services include:

1.     One-on-One Art Therapy for adults and children, with a particular focus on supporting sensory integration for those on the autism spectrum and with ADHD. Face-to-face delivery or via Zoom.

2.      Life Coaching for Anxiety. Our signature online program is self-paced and combines evidence-based approaches of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), rational emotive behaviour therapy (REBT), art therapy and neuro-associative life coaching, and offers a comprehensive and holistic approach to managing and overcoming anxiety in both teenagers and adults. This program teaches participants how to combat anxiety emotions, build emotional tolerance, use imagery for relaxation, use self-soothing techniques, engage in problem solving behaviours and apply tested techniques for solving more than one emotional problem simultaneously. Participants are supported to reinforce change so they can stay on track for life.

3.     Mindful Mandala Drawing Program for Adults. This self-paced, online program reduces anxiety and stress and builds relaxation and calm.

4.     Mindful Mandala Drawing Program for Children. This self-paced online program reduces anxiety and stress, while building inner balance, relaxation and resilience.

5. Programs tailored to meet specific organisational or community needs.
