Kasu

Kasu has two streams, both accessible only online:
Kasu Emporium, an online shop selling only hand made and fair trade goods: fabrics, wearables, toys, home textiles and rare finds. There is a emphasis on natural dyes, hand printing, hand weaving and zero waste products. The gathering of knowledge is an integral part of what Kasu is about, and I pass on the stories of the products - who made them, how and where they are made - in the pages of my website.

Kasu Tours takes small curated tours to India. Guided by policies of sustainability, care for wildlife, respect for culture and child protection, the tours take a maximum of six guests to the lesser known parts of this fascinating country. The tours provide a variety of experiences including: respectful interaction with India's people and iconic animals, visiting various artisans, exploring important archaeological sites, cultural festivals and events, curated shopping with fair trade sources and comfortable travel across many different landscapes.

Both Kasu streams generate donations to charities in Australia and India.
