Accessible parking permits

(previously disabled parking permits)

We are now part of the Victorian Government's Accessible Parking Permit (APP) online system. If you need a new, renewed or replaced parking permit, apply here.

A paper-based version of the permit(PDF, 223KB) is available if you don’t have access to a mobile phone or the internet. Please contact our Customer Service team on 5471 1700 if you need more help.

Improvements the system include:
  • Introduction of temporary permits for 6, 12 or 24 months
  • Increased permit length, from 3 to 5 years for individuals
  • A new permanent disability classification, so some renewals are automatic
  • A new single and secure state-wide permit design that will reduce the misuse
  • The addition of occupational therapists (OTs) as assessors

How long does it take to get a permit?

Once approved, your permit will arrive in the mail in around seven to 10 days.
