Help with meals

Delivered meals

We can deliver nutritious, balanced, chilled meals to you.

Gluten free, vegetarian, dairy free, diabetic, vitamised and minced meals can be catered for.

We also accommodate allergy, dietary and cultural requirements.

We deliver chilled meals on Tuesday and/or Friday mornings from 9.15am.  We cannot leave your meal if you are not at home.

Meals must be heated according to the instructions we provide you.

If you must cancel an order, please do so before midday on Monday or Thursday, or we may charge you for the meal.

Meal heating

If you are unable to heat your meal independently, we can send a Direct Care Worker to help you.

They will come to your home, heat and plate up your meal and make you a cuppa.

Home care cooking

Our Home Care Cooking program assist you to prepare and cook a range of healthy meals.

Our staff will work with you to plan and cook meals in your own home.

We aim to make a range of healthy meals to freeze that are ready for you to re-heat as you require.
