We provide home-based services to help you maintain independence and remain in your own home.
We can provide the following services:
Home care
We provide a basic home care service to support you to remain in your own home. This includes a range of services to give you independence with household cleaning tasks.
- We plan these services with you, according to your individual need
- Cleaning will focus on areas of your home that are most used
- Your Flexible Care Plan allows you to direct which tasks we complete during each home care service
- Our staff are unable to iron clothes and cannot dust in your home
- We consider your preferred days and times when rostering services
Help with shopping and appointments
Services can include help with shopping or paying bills.
You may choose to come along with one of our team, or you may provide them with a shopping list and have them do it for you.
We may also be able to help you attend local appointments, such as medical appointments.
Note: this service has some limitations
- We cannot collect prescriptions or buy over the counter medications unless accompanied by you
- We cannot buy alcohol or cigarettes
- We cannot pay by credit or debit card in person unless you are with us
- We can only take you to appointments within the shire
