Castlemaine Press is a community access printmaking studio set in the beautiful grounds of Lot 19 art space in Castlemaine.

We are an incorporated, not-for-profit venture run by passionate printmakers who love to explore printmaking in all its facets with an emphasis on arts practice and materials that minimise environmental impact.

Whether you’re a beginner or a master printer, Castlemaine Press has equipment and expertise to meet your printmaking needs. We provide affordable access to our print studio which has great natural light, presses both large and small, and plenty of bench space.

We host an exciting program of classes for beginners and experienced printmakers alike, and we're keen to build collaborative relationships with local community and arts organisations. If you would like to work with us we welcome new members, so please get in touch.
