Castlemaine and District Garden Club
Castlemaine and District Garden Club meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month from February to October, 7.00pm for 7.30pm start. Meetings are held at the Wesley Hill Hall, Duke Street, Castlemaine. Meetings in January and November have a special format. January starts the year with a picnic at the Castlemaine Botanical Gardens with an end-of-year dinner closing the year in November.
The meetings usually feature a speaker (on gardening related topics). The club holds an annual plant sale – the plants are grown by the members.
