September 2024 storm event

Mount Alexander Shire Council is aware of a number of homes and a large number of businesses in Castlemaine and surrounds have been impacted by the September 2024 hail storm event.

Council is supporting emergency services by conducting Initial Impact Assessments and welfare checks for impacted residents and businesses.

Council receives this information from emergency services, so if you have been impacted but didn’t request assistance from SES, please notify us at:
