Marketing your event
There are several ways we can support you in promoting your event to the community, and to visitors to the region. We also provide event grants which can be used to support event marketing and promotion efforts.
Place your event on our website
We can place your event on our events page on the site, and possibly the home page.
List your event with us and check the box requesting us to place your event on the site.
Event Calendar
We are keen to assist you in promoting your community events.
We can do this by including your event in our online event calendar on the Tourism website.
To add your event to our What's On section simply fill out the online form. Your request will then be automatically sent to us for approval.
Event Boards
There are 12 event board available for community use to promote events throughout the shire. There is no cost to have your signs on display, however the cost to produce the sign, install and remove are the responsibility of the event organisers.
