Footpath Construction for Gaffney – Reckleben Street

The project includes construction of an Asphalt pathway and gravel trail (1.5m wide) for Gaffney to Reckleben Street from Bowden Street to Domain Drive.

Project scopes are:

• Construction of asphalt pathway from Bowden Street to Heather Drive
• Construction of gravel trail from Heather Drive to Chapmans Rd intersection
• Construction of asphalt pathway from Chapmans Road intersection to Domain Drive. 

The contract for this footpath construction work has been awarded to Maine Civil Pty Ltd. Construction works are due to commence during April 2023. Expected date of completion is end of July 2023, weather permitting.

To undertake these works in a safe and efficient manner traffic and pedestrian management will be required. Access to affected properties will be maintained during the course of the works and care will be taken to minimize the impact of the works.
