Community satisfaction survey

Council will begin its annual Community Satisfaction Survey on Monday 29 January.
Please note: residents may receive a phone call between late January and mid-March 2024 from market research company, National Field Surveys, inviting them to participate.

The annual Community Satisfaction Survey is undertaken to measure how Victorian residents rate the performance of their local government. Mount Alexander Shire has been a consistent participant in the survey.

The survey provides a consistent format for assessing Council’s performance across a number of key service areas. The survey provides feedback to the State Government and participating local councils on how the delivery of services and the key functions of local government are perceived by its community.
