The Employee Code of Conduct outlines the principles of good conduct and standards of behaviour which the community can expect of Council staff. It describes the general duty of staff to work for the good of the overall community, to meet high standards of integrity and honesty and to deliver services according to Council’s policies, plans and strategies.
