Sign up for youth mental health first aid

Learn to support mental health in young people by signing up to a youth mental health first aid workshop.

The four week course includes free dinner, the chance to mingle with other parents, take-home resources and the tools needed to support young people.

Julia Robinson, a local parent who has completed the course said: “When it comes to mental health, it’s better to know more about it than less.”

“The course encouraged me to take my instincts seriously, and has been empowering in terms of building my practical knowledge of mental health.”

When: Monday 29 April, Monday 6 May, Monday 13 May, Monday 20 May, 5.00pm to 9.00pm
Where: Council Civic Centre, Castlemaine
Cost: $75 general | $55 concession
