New procurement platform coming soon

VendorPanel is an Australian procurement platform that makes it easy for both buyers and suppliers to connect with registered suppliers, and we’ll soon be using it to manage all Mount Alexander Shire Council quotes and tenders (RFx's).

This is part of our strategy to support local businesses.

Are you one of our existing suppliers?

If you are one of our existing preferred and contracted panel suppliers you will have recently received an email invitation to register on the VendorPanel system.

Detailed instructions and help with registering are included in the invitation email you received. If you have any questions about this change or require further assistance please contact a member of the Mount Alexander Shire procurement team on 03 5471 1700.

Please note – this email invitation is to prepare suppliers in advance of the new platform going live in the coming months. We will be in contact again once the system is fully live and operational.
