The role
The Business Support Officer is responsible for:
- providing timely and high-quality administrative support, particularly to the property maintenance team
- developing and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external customers
- providing high quality and responsive customer service
- supporting the rostering team on a casual basis as required
This position may be required to participate in the after hours on call roster.
Our ideal candidate
To be successful in this role you will have:
- relevant experience and/or qualifications
- proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs
- knowledge of client management systems and rostering
- the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- have an understanding of working in a trades environment
