The role
This is a fast-paced and dynamic role, providing administrative support to the Social Support program, volunteer program and the wider Community Wellbeing team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Development of the Social Support calendar of events, including coordinating arrangements with venues, service providers and community groups.
- Roster volunteer and client activity for the Social Support program.
- Coordinate bus bookings for internal and external customers.
- Preparation and distribution of documents, and other administrative tasks including processing invoices and reimbursements.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Strong organisational and time management skills, and able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal/external customers
- Attention to detail, with exceptional administration and accurate data entry skills
- Able to demonstrate a calm, empathetic and professional customer focus
- Previous experience in an aged care, disability or healthcare environment is highly desirable
