The role

As part of the Finance unit, the Finance Officer supports the delivery of services to the organisation and community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Daily download and import of bank files, manually receipting a variety of bank deposits, and reconciliation of 5 bank accounts.
  • Production and distribution of sundry debtor invoices and monthly debtor statements on a timely basis.
  • Prepare and post routine and ad hoc journals to the general ledger as required.
  • Provide a high level of assistance to internal and external customers, providing accurate and timely information to resolve payment, billing, and general finance enquires.
