Castlemaine Documentary Festival and Chewton Film Society present a celebration of local talent.

Come enjoy the screening of locally made films entered into the 2024 Castlemaine Documentary Festival. Featuring 22 short films of just 6 minutes each, this exciting program brings dinosaurs, billy carts, choirs, cemeteries, and more to the big screen! 

Made by both first-time and experienced filmmakers from Castlemaine and surrounds, the program brings together an entertaining and eclectic mix of stories that celebrate the diversity and creativity of our region.

The event has two sessions, each showcasing eleven films. Drinks and refreshments are available.
