Youth Mental Health First Aid

The Youth Mental Health First Aid training covers important topics including:

• The difference between normal adolescent development and a developing mental health problem
• How to have open conversations with young people
• Signs and symptoms of possible mental health problems
• Where to seek further help

When: Held over four sessions – Monday 29 April and 6, 13, 20 May 2024
Time: 5.00pm to 9.00pm
